ひさしぶり

久しぶりの更新。土曜日は花見に行って体を思いっきり冷やしてしまい、夜寝込んでしまったのだ。不覚もいいところで、もう少し厚着をしていけば良かった。

ユッケ

日曜日は、なんとなく、

「ユッケを作ろう！」

と思いたって、荻窪駅前の商店街に買い物に出かけた。まずは本屋で韓国料理の本を立ち読みして情報を収集。

「付け合わせに梨を」

と書かれていたのだけど、いまの季節そんなもんあるかい（あるかも）ということで、てきとーに参考にしながらいざ食材を買いに行った。

ところが、生食用の牛肉って、けっこう高いんだよね。もちろん、安い肉でも問題ないんだろうけど、

「たたき・刺身用」

と書かれている肉を使った方がいいんじゃないかなー、とか思ってしまうわけ。変な肉、生で食べて腹こわしても、誰かが責任取ってくれるわけじゃないし。

そんなわけで、結局、１００グラム６００円のもも肉を２００グラム買った。これじゃ、焼き肉屋で食べるより高く付くよなあ、と半分やけくそになりながら帰宅したわけだけど、作ってみて、やはり肉のおかげか、焼き肉屋のよりも、肉に関してはうまかった。味付けは.....、悪くはないのだけど、パンチが足りないのだ。

月曜日

で、今日は腹もこわさず、快適な月曜日。しかし、朝から、パソコンのOutlook2000とザウルスカラポケのデータをシンクロさせたりとかして遊んでいたら、あっという間に一日が過ぎてしまった。不毛だったなあ、実際。

早くねなさい

明日はアメリカから本社の人がやってきて、朝から晩までミーティング。途中で抜ける予定だけど、その前に発表せにゃならんので、半分ドキドキである。

今日は早く寝よう。
